Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to work as a Level 2 customer support specialist. The Level 2 Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for effectively resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will also contribute to improving technical support procedures and following up on customer requests, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Architect, implement, and maintain servers, optimizing their performance
  • Exhibit prowess in Linux system administration, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms
  • Demonstrate mastery in database administration and web server management
  • Safeguard network integrity by leveraging advanced networking principles, including IP addressing, DNS configuration, and stringent security protocols
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and management of diverse hosting platforms, such as cPanel, Plesk, and WHMCS
  • Spearhead SSL certificate management and orchestrate virtual host configurations
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve performance issues, server failures, and error messages promptly
  • Establish effective communication with customers, answer their inquiries, and address their requests
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist customers with hosting packages, domain registrations, DNS management, and related matters
  • Track customer issues, provide status updates, and manage the resolution process
  • Analyze customer feedback and take necessary steps to enhance service quality

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Extensive hands-on experience and profound knowledge in Docker, Ansible, CI/CD
  • Exceptional proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Expertise in scripting languages like Python and Bash
  • Preferred experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL, with expertise in SQL administration
  • Knowledge and experience in the setup, configuration, and management of various hosting platforms like cPanel, Plesk, CuberPanel, HestiaCP, cwp, and WHMCS
  • Knowledge and experience in web server management (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed)
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts, encompassing IP addressing, DNS management, and robust security protocols
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving acumen
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues
