As a SEN TA you will be getting involved in an interactive and practical curriculum in order to promote independence and improve social and learning development. This role is needed on a full time basis (Monday to Friday), term time only. Job Responsibility:
Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
Supervising and monitoring behaviour
Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher
Requirements:
Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students with SEN and teachers
