Job Responsibility:
Supports and executes the security and access activities for S/4HANA and associated systems, ensuring the environments remain secure and meet business availability needs
Supports compliance with the SarbanesOxley Act by executing IT General Control activities, coordinating evidence collection, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with defined controls and timelines
Provides support to the security services provided by the Application Managed Services provider to ensure an effective and efficient support structure and process is maintained
Ensures changes to the security of systems and interfaces are appropriate and controlled, and that role designs are simple and secure
Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as system administrators, functional consultants, and business users, to align user authorizations with organizational needs and maintain an efficient and effective security role structure
Supports the DSC ERP SOX Compliance & Security Analyst in performing periodic access reviews and implementing approved improvements to user access and role design
Supports SAP licensing compliance activities by maintaining accurate user and role data, and assisting with internal reviews or audit requests under the guidance of the DSC ERP SOX Compliance & Security Analyst
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in managing security in SAP systems in a support capacity
Exposure in supporting SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB and ancillary cloud systems such as OpenText and Ariba
Knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley act, and implications for ERP security design and implementation
Willingness and ability to develop deeper expertise in SAP security, SOX compliance, and access governance under the guidance of senior team members
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships within a cross-functional team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
