Job Description

The Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premises Engineer role involves managing and supporting Exchange environments, ensuring secure and reliable email services. Manages and supports Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer Exchange Online and on-premises servers
  • Manage mail flow, security, and compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents
  • Perform migrations and upgrades
  • Monitor system health and performance
  • Document configurations and changes

Requirements

  • Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate
  • 3+ years managing Exchange environments
  • Experience with hybrid deployments and migrations
  • Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server
  • Understanding of email security and compliance
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server
