Inetum is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team and provide expert support, training, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools in a modern enterprise environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to resolve complex user concerns
  • Deliver tailored training sessions, guides, and resources to improve user confidence and productivity
  • Promote adoption of new features by showing their real-world applications in daily workflows
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools to meet specific organizational and team needs
  • Implement accessibility features and promote inclusive software usage
  • Enhance team collaboration by ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft 365 apps
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, best practices, and recurring issue resolutions
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and stakeholders to align tools with business needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Microsoft 365-focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
  • Background in Enterprise Data Management and data governance solutions
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization
  • Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with real user needs
  • Strong communication skills for training and support
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
