Inetum is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team and provide expert support, training, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools in a modern enterprise environment. Inetum is a European leader in digital services, with 28,000 consultants and specialists striving to make a digital impact for businesses, public sector entities, and society.
Job Responsibility:
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to resolve complex user concerns
Deliver tailored training sessions, guides, and resources to improve user confidence and productivity
Promote adoption of new features by showing their real-world applications in daily workflows
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools to meet specific organizational and team needs
Implement accessibility features and promote inclusive software usage
Enhance team collaboration by ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft 365 apps
Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, best practices, and recurring issue resolutions
Work closely with infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and stakeholders to align tools with business needs
Provide process training to business owners and promote best practices
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Microsoft 365-focused role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online
Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
Background in Enterprise Data Management and data governance solutions
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization
Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards
Ability to bridge technical solutions with real user needs
Strong communication skills for training and support
