We are seeking a Level 2 Engineer with Windows 11 Upgrade experience to join this "in-flight" project to support the physical roll-out of Windows 11

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting a Windows 11 Upgrade
  • Experience upgrading devices
  • Experience in individual device upgrades using USB-based imaging
  • Experience planning, testing, and performing data backups
  • Experience in providing post-deployment troubleshooting & maintaining detailed documentation
  • Experience in manual OS deployment and hardware troubleshooting
  • Medical Hospital industry background & experience in the physical re-imaging & installation of standard hospital-specific applications
