Job Description:

We are looking for proactive and adaptable Level 1 Technical Support Specialists to join our dynamic team, capable of taking on multiple projects across various clients and platforms. This team will act as a flexible task force, stepping in to support new and existing projects as they arise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide first-line technical support for various SaaS platforms, applications, and IT systems
  • Manage multiple projects by quickly adapting to different tools, processes, and client environments
  • Handle incidents such as login issues, software errors, or connectivity problems
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, log analysis
  • Document technical solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases for improved efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and clear communication

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of platform functionality (cloud-based access, use of APIs, integrations with other applications)
  • Database knowledge (basic SQL for simple queries)
  • Basic networking knowledge (connectivity issues, VPN, firewall)
  • Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux - user level)
  • Configuration of e-mail accounts (Outlook, Gmail, etc., account reset, password change, etc.)
  • Knowledge of at least 2 ticketing systems (Zendesk/Service Now/Jira, etc)
  • Understanding of internet of things
  • Basic scripting knowledge (basic understanding of errors)
  • English level: B2 min (verbal, written, spoken)
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Critical and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with analyzing logs, error messages, and using system monitoring tools to track down problems
  • Ability to test and reproduce customer issues in a controlled environment to better understand and address problems
