In this role, you aren't just supporting a classroom, you are a pillar of daily life for children and young people (aged 2-19) with additional needs. You will work side-by-side with teachers to break down barriers to learning, celebrate small wins, and foster the independence our pupils need to thrive.
Job Responsibility:
Support Learning: Work with individuals or small groups to ensure every pupil understands instructions and remains engaged
Nurture Wellbeing: Assist with emotional, social, and behavior support, ensuring our school remains a sanctuary for growth
Create Spaces: Prepare resources and vibrant displays that spark curiosity and aid development
Ensure Safety: Contribute to safeguarding, supervision, and the smooth daily running of school activities
