We’re partnering with a well-established national organisation currently undergoing a large-scale network transformation across 31 sites. With approximately 1,000 users nationwide, this is a hands-on, varied support role within a business investing heavily in its technology landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Level 1 IT support across 30+ sites nationwide
Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)
Active Directory user and access management
Device builds and deployments
Work within FreshDesk ticketing system
Requirements:
1–3 years’ IT support experience
Strong Windows OS knowledge
Active Directory experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Someone proactive, reliable and keen to grow their technical capability
