With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Valuer. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hessle. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am till 5.30pm, Friday 9am till 5.00pm. You will also be required to work every other Saturday 9.30am till 1.00pm. This role has a realistic OTE of £38,000.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct lettings valuations
  • Coordinate effectively with all departments, reporting to the Branch Manager to uphold the Company's interests consistently
  • Develop and regularly review a strategic growth plan for the valuation business, aiming to increase revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Liaise with buy-to-let clients to give a full coverage of our services
  • Be responsible for generating new business for the company
  • Drive cross-sales of insurance options and referral opportunities through team efforts, actively pursuing business development opportunities aligned with the strategic plan
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and competitor analysis, collaborating closely with lettings teams, and prioritize exceptional customer service through feedback monitoring and mystery shopping

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Estate Agency including valuing experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate between departments and report to senior management effectively
  • Track record of driving cross-sales and business development
  • Deep understanding of local market trends and competition, ensuring top-notch customer service and market competitiveness
