With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located around Derby. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 08:45am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00am - 16:00pm with a day off in lieu in return. The basic salary on offer is up to £23,000, with a realistic OTE of £28,000 - £30,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.

Job Responsibility:

Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home
Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home
Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls
Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business
