Job Description:

Short-Term Letting Negotiator working within a 2-mile radius, mainly handling student lets with a mix of other properties

Job Responsibility:

Arrange and conduct property viewings (grouped in threes)
Follow up with prospective tenants
Take reservations and deposits
Process references and prepare tenancy agreements

Requirements:

Relevant letting negotiation experience is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
