The Role: As Lettings Negotiator, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running and growth of the lettings function, working across two local offices. You’ll manage the full lettings journey, from winning new instructions to progressing deals, conducting viewings, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role suits someone with solid property experience who enjoys a hands‑on approach, thrives on targets, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising branch performance.
Job Responsibility:
Managing all aspects of the lettings process from instruction to completion
Winning new listings and converting market appraisals into instructions
Generating new business opportunities and sales leads
Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
Conducting property viewings and inspections
Keeping landlords and vendors fully updated on their properties
Preparing and uploading high-quality property details
Ensuring all paperwork and compliance documentation is completed accurately
Negotiating offers and progressing deals
Inputting and managing property data
Supporting marketing initiatives to drive instructions and viewings
Identifying cross-selling opportunities including valuations, mortgages, conveyancing and property services
Requirements:
Previous experience within the property or lettings industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities
Confident using property software and digital systems
Target-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset
