Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Lettings Negotiator in our Worthing office. This role offers an OTE of £34,600 - £36,000 pa, dependent on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Utilise expertise of the local property market to facilitate successful lettings transactions
Demonstrate empathy and diplomacy when handling sensitive situations involving landlords and tenants
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in documentation and legal compliance to minimise errors
Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs to maximise business opportunities
Negotiate rental terms effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts
Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving to address challenges promptly
Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

Strong understanding of local Lettings market
Understanding of the UK Lettings regulations and legislation
Driven and ambitious to achieve targets
Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and client needs
Effective networking skills to build connections and expand business opportunities
Efficient organisation and prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines
Proficiency in negotiation to secure favourable terms for clients
Resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions promptly
Maintaining a professional demeanour and upholding ethical standards at all times
