With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a realistic OTE range of £28,000 - £30,000 pa. Full training will be given to ensure you are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings. Job Responsibility:

  • Registration and management of Letting applicants
  • Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
  • Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
  • Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
  • Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
  • Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions

Requirements:

  • Great customer service
  • Experience in estate agency & administration is useful but not essential
  • Highly organised & able to work under pressure
  • Able to work Saturdays
  • Motivated & wants to join a growing business
