We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing Lettings team at Royal Wharf. With an average of 30+ available flats, this role offers significant earning potential for driven individuals. Job Responsibility:

  • Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing portfolio of premium properties
  • Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds client expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • ARLA qualified (desirable)
  • Valid driving licence (essential)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills
