We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing Lettings team at Royal Wharf. With an average of 30+ available flats, this role offers significant earning potential for driven individuals. You will have a relentless drive to succeed, a proactive approach to challenges, and a passion for exceeding expectations. Job Responsibility:

  • register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties
  • coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties
  • manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover
  • deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients

Requirements:

  • previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency
  • proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • valid driving licence (essential)
  • outstanding communication skills
  • comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills

Nice to have:

ARLA qualified (desirable)
