Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. This role offers a realistic OTE of up to £27,000 (uncapped).

Job Responsibility:

Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home
Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home
Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls
Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business
