Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. Job Responsibility:

  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home
  • Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
  • Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business
