Job Responsibility:
Business Growth: Drive the growth of the lettings business by generating new leads, building relationships with landlords, and identifying opportunities to increase market share
Revenue & Results: Focus on achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring a high level of profitability through strategic planning and consistent results
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain and enhance our high standards of customer service by ensuring the team consistently delivers a positive experience for tenants and landlords alike
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and support the lettings team, providing training, guidance, and clear objectives to foster personal and professional growth
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient running of the lettings operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies while managing resources effectively
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitors, offering advice and insight to clients to position Michael Jones Lettings as
Requirements:
Proven experience in lettings management or a similar role within the property industry
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding business targets, with a focus on revenue and growth
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a team effectively
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
A proactive approach to business development and a passion for driving results
In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current lettings legislation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
ARLA or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
