Job Description:

Lettings Manager | North East | Estate Agency | Permanent Role. Are you ready to take the next step in your lettings career? Do you have a passion for property, people, and performance? Looking to join a successful, well-established estate agency with exciting growth plans? We’re working with a respected, multi-branch estate agency in the North East to recruit an ambitious and motivated Lettings Manager (or experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step up) for one of their flagship offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team in a fast-paced environment where customer service, results, and progression are all valued.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and developing a portfolio of rental properties
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants
Generating new business and nurturing existing client accounts
Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations
Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and procedures
Working towards branch and individual performance targets

Requirements:

Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager within an estate agency
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for property
