Job Responsibility:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a top-tier lettings team
  • Drive Business Growth: Secure new landlords, increase revenue, and optimise rental yields
  • Oversee Property Management: Ensure seamless marketing, letting, and compliance processes
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with lettings laws and regulations
  • Financial & Budgeting Excellence: Monitor departmental profitability and ensure fee collection
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to expert for landlords, tenants, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior lettings or property management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Business development mindset-you know how to build relationships and grow a portfolio
  • In-depth knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence or equivalent
