With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham. The basic salary is £28,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience, with a genuine OTE of £38,000-£40,000 for good performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and leading a team of negotiators and lettings progressors to deliver the right result
  • Nurturing and developing a team to reach their potential
  • Providing outstanding customer service to our clients
  • Meeting branch targets through winning new business and increasing our market share

Requirements:

  • Someone who is organised and diligent
  • A natural people person and strong leader
  • Someone who is driven and reliable
  • Has at least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Believes in and values integrity as a key trait in business
  • Experienced valuer and a track record of winning new business
