Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead leasing operations across our Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio. This is a key role driving occupancy, revenue performance, and an exceptional resident experience. You’ll oversee lettings strategy, compliance, marketing, and team development, ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry to move-in.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income
  • Lead lease-up campaigns and monitor market trends to optimise pricing
  • Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring best-in-class service and retention
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and internal processes
  • Support revenue management through pricing insights and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and digital strategies
  • Mentor and develop on-site lettings teams to achieve high performance
  • Produce accurate lettings reports and present insights to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in Build to Rent, residential lettings, or property operations
  • Strong understanding of lettings legislation, compliance, and best practice
  • Demonstrated success in lease-up delivery and revenue performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Confident working with data, systems, and reporting tools
