Job Description:

Our client, a well-established and customer-focused property business based in Brighton, is seeking a Lettings Coordinator to support their busy lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys a varied role within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an important part in the day-to-day coordination of lettings activities, ensuring a smooth process for landlords, tenants, and applicants alike.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
  • Arrange and manage property viewings, move-ins, inspections, and related documentation
  • Prepare tenancy paperwork and ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate property records, listings, and online advertisements
  • Liaise with contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the lettings team

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Confident with IT systems
  • experience using property software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in lettings or property is preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
