Job Description:

As a Lettings Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing the end-to-end lettings process. Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving lettings performance, fostering relationships with new landlords and maintaining strong relationships with our current clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming property enquiries via phone and email
  • Procatively call prospective tenants about new properties
  • Conduct viewings, follow them up and agree lets
  • Ensure all tenancy documentation complies with current legal requirements and company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property management and maintenance coordination
  • Proactively source new landlords and properties to expand the lettings portfolio
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system regularly
  • Keep up to date with changes in the lettings and property market to provide informed guidance to clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or property management is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a customer facing/service role if no agency experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence & use of a car is essential
