Having worked as a client accountant within an estate agency, you possess a solid understanding of the industry and the specific responsibilities of this position
You have a demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment

Job Responsibility

Managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries
Assisting with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting
Responding to enquiries about statements and rents
Credit control to ensure timely rent and fee collection
Managing deposit releases and setting up daily payment schedules
Contributing to finance and tax reporting and providing operational support to the team as required
