Lettings Client Accountant

• Managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries
• Assisting with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting
• Responding to enquiries about statements and rents
• Credit control to ensure timely rent and fee collection
• Managing deposit releases and setting up daily payment schedules
• Contributing to finance and tax reporting and providing operational support to the team as required

• Having worked as a client accountant within an estate agency, you possess a solid understanding of the industry and the specific responsibilities of this position
• You have a demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment
• You have a strong customer-centric approach, prioritising client needs and satisfaction
• You are proactive and take initiative to identify and solve problems effectively

Prior use of Veco software would be advantageous
