Excellent customer service and selling skills with a reputation for delivering high standards
Full understanding of the regulatory framework within the residential lettings sector

NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, or similar

Deliver exceptional standards of service to your clients, enhance the reputation of the company, and develop long-term productive business relationships with landlords to drive repeat business
Provide leadership and motivation to your team to support them to achieve success
Ensure that your branch’s business activities are conducted professionally, with integrity, and in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
