At KFH we are looking for a Lettings Assistant Manager to join our Lettings team. At KFH, part of the Lomond group, we are London’s largest property services group, and we are growing! KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Converting registered applicants into viewings, offer and new tenancies as well as market appraisals into instructions
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Build long-term relationships with landlords, to drive repeat business
  • Lead by example, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior lettings negotiator or assistant manager, ideally in a London-based lettings agency
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills, with a reputation for delivering high standards
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, or similar
