Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chester. The salary on offer has a realistic OTE range of £26,000-28,000 p.a dependent on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Administer the progression of a new tenancy from application to tenancy start date
Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard
Maintaining accurate file notes in our CRM system
Liaising with third party suppliers to provide and produce property reports

Requirements:

Previous estate agency industry experience is desirable
Is passionate about the property industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced ever changing environment
Excellent customer service skills and communicator
Must be comfortable having conversations on the phone
