Job Responsibility:
Assisting the team with all aspects of administration
Keep all property files and computer records up-to-date
General office housekeeping such as filing, scanning, opening post, typing minutes and notes, taking phone messages
Learning company systems and procedures
Assisting the staff and senior management with adhoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
Is passionate about the property industry/administration and enjoys working in a fast-paced ever changing environment
Excellent customer service skills
Is articulate
Excellent communicator
Must be comfortable having conversations on the phone
