We are seeking a detail orientated individual to join our Lettings Administration team. As a Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in not only the office, but the wider administration teams’ success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers quarterly earning incentives to reward your contributions to the company’s success.
Job Responsibility
Progressing deals from offer to completion while meeting deadlines and legal/regulatory requirements
Conducting AML checks
Managing documentation
Coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks
Communicating effectively with tenants and landlords
Handling tenant enquiries promptly
Maintaining accurate records in Veco
Actively contributing to team meetings
Requirements
Previous experience in a Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression position
Detail-oriented and thrives in a high-volume/KPI driven environment
Collaborative working style with a positive/can-do attitude
Exceptionally organized and precise in all aspects of work
