Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. We are offering between £26,000 - £28,000 OTE, depending on experience

Job Responsibility

  • Liaising daily with tenants, landlords and the property management team to ensure smooth progression of lettings
  • Managing move-ins, ensuring all documentation, payments, referencing and compliance checks are completed on time
  • Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and legal documentation in line with current lettings legislation
  • Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet regulatory and compliance requirements prior to tenancy start dates
  • Coordinating key releases and ensuring tenants receive the correct documentation and information at move-in
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations within a fast-paced city centre office environment
  • Maintaining accurate tenant, landlord and property records within the CRM system

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Property/Lettings is required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You have a keen eye for attention to detail
  • You are highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
