Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to support our estate agency team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role is essential in driving business growth by generating new leads for property sales, lettings, and valuations. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the property market.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
  • Identify potential sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants
  • Qualify leads based on client needs, timelines, and financial position
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information
  • Book property valuations and appointments for negotiators and agents
  • Follow up on enquiries from marketing campaigns and property portals
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Monitor local market activity to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure smooth lead handover

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation (property experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and experience using CRM systems

  • Lead the strategy, build and deliver the annual revenue budget and proposition for the portfolio
