Job Responsibility
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5 lending specialists through one-on-ones, call observations, and role-plays
Personally handle complex or high-value files
Triage inbound enquiries and check loan applications before credit submission
Ensure team compliance with responsible lending guidelines (NCCP)
Identify capability gaps, design training sessions, and improve workflows
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in home lending, with at least 2 years spent leading a team or working in a senior, player-coach capacity
Full lifecycle knowledge from lead assessment to settlement
Strong credit assessment skills and understanding of responsible lending obligations under the NCCP Act
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or working towards it)
