Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from potential clients, brokers, and referrers via phone, email, and web chat
Support the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring proactive follow-ups to meet business growth targets
Oversee client applications through to settlement, collaborating closely with Operations to ensure a seamless experience
Conduct annual client check-ins and handle ad hoc requests with professionalism and care
Requirements:
Background in consumer lending
Strong preference for residential lending experience in a phone-based environment
