Job Responsibility:
Direct, coach, and develop specialists through structured one-on-ones, call audits, and performance reviews
Review and quality-check loan applications prior to submission, ensuring all risk flags and serviceability assessments are addressed
Triage enquiries and allocate resources to ensure consistent coverage and SLA adherence
Maintain expertise in the NCCP Act and ASIC regulatory guides, cascading updates to the team to ensure absolute adherence to standards
Resolve complex service issues and personally manage high-value or escalated applications requiring senior-level judgment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in residential lending
2+ years in a team lead or senior 'player-coach' capacity
