A well-established Vancouver boutique law firm is looking to add a talented associate lawyer to their busy private lending real estate team. If you are looking to join a firm that rewards hard work with strong compensation and a genuinely collaborative and teamwork oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for a majority of the residential real estate mortgages and private lending transactions
  • Handle foreclosure matters
  • Manage approximately 50 files a month
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and independent client management

Requirements:

  • Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • Considerable experience with private lending / mortgages
  • Foreclosure experience considered a strong asset
