Lending Operations Associate Manager

• Manage and develop a Loan Servicing team responsible for a variety of processing functions, documentation, or servicing
• Engage and influence stakeholders, internal and external partners, and peers associated with the Aftermarket functional area
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Aftermarket functional area
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines
• Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies
• Determine appropriate strategies and actions of the Aftermarket team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards
• Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers
• Provide quality customer service
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

• 2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• 2+ years servicing operations experience
• 2+ years direct management experience
