Job Description:

The Lending Director leads strategic lending initiatives across a defined region or business channel, driving growth in loan volume and product adoption. This role involves partnering with Financial Advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored lending solutions, optimize client outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

Lead strategic lending initiatives across defined region or business channel
Partner with Financial Advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored lending solutions
Provide expert guidance on credit strategies
Oversee complex lending cases
Contribute to business development through training, consultation, and performance analysis
Develop and maintain deep expertise in lending and banking solutions
Deliver ongoing education and training to Financial Advisors
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to identify lending opportunities
Lead strategic campaigns and product promotions
Facilitate onboarding of new Financial Advisors
Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership
Drive complex business development strategies
Support cross-functional Business Growth Strategy projects

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Business Growth Strategy or related field
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) exams
Extensive experience in lending and banking solutions including Home Mortgage, Securities-Based Lending, Custom Credit
Deep understanding of HNW and UHNW clients
Proven success supporting Financial Advisors and Wealth Management professionals
Strong knowledge of credit structuring, underwriting, and risk management
Proficient in CRM systems, financial planning tools, and sales dashboards
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration
Skilled in advisor onboarding and enablement
