Job Responsibility:
Client Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from potential clients, brokers, and referrers via phone, email, and web chat
Pipeline Management: Support the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring proactive follow-ups to meet business growth targets
End-to-End Ownership: Oversee client applications through to settlement, collaborating closely with Operations to ensure a seamless experience
Relationship Management: Conduct annual client check-ins and handle ad hoc requests with professionalism and care
Requirements:
Lending Expertise: Background in consumer lending, with a strong preference for residential lending experience in a phone-based environment
Empathy & Communication: Natural communicator who can simplify complex information and deliver it with a caring, patient touch
