Job Description:

The Business Analytics Sr Lead Analyst focuses on developing comprehensive strategy recommendations using customer insights, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, leading a team, creating actionable targeting strategies, and driving innovation in analytics and marketing optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Creating omni-channel marketing and targeting strategies
Develop and articulate analytical frameworks to solve business challenges
Make data-driven recommendations using statistical and non-statistical tools
Create an optimization framework to maximize ROI for the marketing budget
Collaborate with functional teams from Product, Marketing, Risk, and technology
Lead and develop professionals around sound analytical approaches
Drive innovative thinking with new tools/methods
Cross-functional leadership to achieve organizational goals
Ensure robust quantity control in analytical processes

Requirements:

Experience in financial services
Experience in installment loan products
Post Graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Econometrics, Management Science, and related fields
10+ years of hands-on experience in business analytics
Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills
Ability in strategic thinking and problem framing
Strong logical reasoning ability
Expertise in usage of analytical techniques like segmentation, predictive modeling, optimization, and others
Strong process/project management skills
Intellectually curious
Ability to drive comprehensive cross-functional communication flow
Building and managing high-performance teams
Comfort working with ambiguity
Established competency in working with data from multiple sources
