Flight Centre Corporate Benefits is looking for experienced Travel Consultants with a passion for helping our customers unwind from the 9-5 grind with unique leisure travel experiences. Job Responsibility

  • Servicing existing loyal clientele
  • Taking enquiry from corporate clients to help plan, book and coordinate their personal leisure holidays
  • Working towards KPI’s and incentive targets
  • Building customer relationships

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a travel consultant
  • Proven success as a travel consultant with a consistent TTV transfer and database of repeat clientele
  • Extremely self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Eager to provide exceptional service to welcome new customers
  • Seeks out new ways to build on success and think outside of the box
  • Focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Understands the importance of organisation and managing time effectively
  • Good at building itineraries, doing invoices, operating complex booking systems and jumping between different programs
  • Knowledge of GDS and confident to learn complex computer systems

  • Communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client
  • Deliver on travel and requests within designated SLAs
