Job Description

Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a Leisure Sales Manager who will drive revenue by managing key accounts, prospecting new business, and maintaining accurate sales plans. They handle group inquiries, represent the property at trade events, and collaborate on marketing strategies. The role ensures seamless communication across departments while leveraging sales systems to deliver exceptional client service. This role will be for Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos, but will be based in Athens.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage key accounts and prospects to maximize revenue in line with budget objectives
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting and conversion of accounts
  • Maintain accurate call objectives, action plans, and account information
  • Represent the property at trade fairs and industry events to promote the brand
  • Handle group and event inquiries, ensuring smooth handover to internal teams
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and contribute to annual planning processes
  • Prepare and execute quarterly sales action plans and participate in sales blitz activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within hospitality or a related industry
  • Strong account management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera) and strong administrative skills
