Job Description:

As hotel leisure attendant you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel's leisure facilities. You’ll be knowledgeable about the different services and amenities offered and be able to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed. Each day you can be tasked with setting up equipment, monitoring guest usage, and performing basic maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you’ll provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests. This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay. The job role involves making sure the facilities are clean and safe for guests to use, performing pool tests throughout the day also carrying out light duties during the shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our leisure facilities
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all guests and visitors
  • Working closely with colleagues to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Setting up equipment, monitoring guest usage, and performing basic maintenance tasks
  • Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
  • Making sure the facilities are clean and safe for guests to use
  • Performing pool tests throughout the day
  • Carrying out light duties during the shift

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times, able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly
  • Communication Skills: excellent communication skills, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and clearly to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently, able to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
