Job Responsibility

Assist with general duties in the club & ensure the smooth running of the department
Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in & around the club to ensure member satisfaction
Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are always met for the safety of members and staff
Maximise sales opportunities wherever possible
Supply the highest levels of customer care & service
Provide gym inductions to new & existing members (if qualified)
Attend any departmental and training meetings as required
Be dressed in a smart and professional manner
Undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by a member of the Management team
Comply with all health and safety legislation

Pool Water Safety Qualification of Pool Responder
First Aid at Work Qualification
CIMSPA fitness professional qualification of Level 2 or above

Job Responsibility

Ensuring the club is always presented in the appropriate condition ensuring the correct daily, weekly and monthly checks are being completed
Achieving new member sales, renewals and net membership growth metrics
Supporting the Club Management Team in relation to local marketing initiatives to drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount and the Clubs position in the community
Always demonstrating a pro-active approach to Health & Safety and support the Club Management Team relating to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit
Undertaking cash handling duties and submitting to hotel finance

Job Responsibility

Ensure the reception area, gym, pool and changing areas are kept clean and well maintained
Ensure that due diligence checks including pool monitoring are carried out
Ensure the Leisure Club areas, with particular focus on the changing rooms and pool side areas are well presented at all times
Carry out pool tests and perform operational duties in plant room as trained
Ensure that the Leisure guest experience is continued through all areas including the changing areas and gym
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of changing areas up to standard
Carry out cleaning tasks in all areas as per checklist
Assisting the team with guests if business levels dictate
Identify and report hazards or defects to Leisure Club Supervisor or Manager
Complete opening and closing procedures within the pool and gym area as per the daily checklist
