Job Description:

Leisure Club Assistant - Zero Hours - Eastwood Hall, Nottingham. We are looking for a Leisure Club Assistant, for Eastwood Hall, part of The Venues Collection. Great things happen when people get together in our spaces to meet, spaces to sleep and spaces to celebrate at Eastwood Hall. From leisure breaks, weddings and celebrations to conferences, meetings, training, and every business event in between our venue provides an informal atmosphere where you and our guests can be yourselves.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with general duties in the club & ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in & around the club to ensure member satisfaction
  • Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are always met for the safety of members and staff
  • Maximise sales opportunities wherever possible
  • Supply the highest levels of customer care & service
  • Provide gym inductions to new & existing members (if qualified)
  • Attend any departmental and training meetings as required
  • Be dressed in a smart and professional manner
  • Undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by a member of the Management team
  • Comply with all health and safety legislation
  • Be fully aware of accident reporting procedure, maintenance fault reporting procedure, and fire policy
  • Understand how the Hotel’s/Venue’s health and safety policy affects your department
  • Be a valued member of your Hotel/Venue’s team, helping and advising colleagues where required
