Leisure Club Assistant

• Supporting the delivery of a positive and engaging Health & Leisure Club experience for members and guests
• Conducting member inductions and fitness programmes to promote safe and effective use of facilities
• Ensuring all areas of the club are clean, tidy and welcoming at all times
• Completing daily and weekly safety checks in line with company standards
• Monitoring use of facilities to ensure safe operation and adherence to club rules
• Supporting membership growth through engagement, retention and local initiatives
• Carrying out stock control and supporting retail or secondary revenue opportunities
• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures, including pool safety and emergency protocols

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within leisure, fitness or hospitality
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with members and guests
• A proactive, positive and can-do attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good attention to detail, particularly around safety and cleanliness
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and guest wellbeing

Recognised Pool Responder and First Aid certificates are an advantage
