Our Leisure Club Assistants support in providing a successful Health & Fitness offering to members and guests, promoting and supporting behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Leisure Club
  • Ensuring the club is always presented in the appropriate condition ensuring the correct daily, weekly and monthly checks are being completed
  • Supporting the Club Management Team in relation to local marketing initiatives to drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount and the Clubs position in the community
  • Always demonstrating a pro-active approach to Health & Safety and support the Club Management Team relating to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit

Requirements:

some experience in the leisure/fitness/spa wellness industry (not essential)
